Since we first began responding and adapting to COVID-19 in early February, we've let science, care, and data drive our decision-making. We have a great deal of care for our team, customers, and our communities.

We know that in times like these, organizations like ours are even more important, as social distancing measures that protect and preserve lives necessarily separate people from the social contact we are all used to.

It's also meant stepping up in new ways to support our community in new and innovative ways, including COVID-19 care packages and the Free Mom Hugs Virtual Tour.

Over the past few months we have been monitoring the situation with online orders closely. Pre-COVID-19 we were able to fulfill 95% of our orders in under 7 days.

As of today, we aren't fulfilling any orders in under 7 days, and many fulfillment times have slipped to weeks.

As of today, we are suspending online orders while we work to address the issues related to online orders. If you have an outstanding or open order with us, please email us your order number at [email protected] and we will provide an update on your order.

It is our intention to open the online store again as soon as possible, thank you for your patience and understanding in this challenging time.
